Registrar related settings. These settings includes:
- Programs (New, edit, delete): eg: Day, Night, Weekend, Holidays, Full ...
- Student's documents types (New, edit, delete)=> eg: NID, Transcript, Secondary certificate, Recommendation Letter, ... : Only for user defined settings
Important: Admin can only modify, delete the user defined settings. If requested, the Extra/Role (User) can update default settings (predefined) or add new default settings.
