Welcome to MTS (Marks & Transcripts System). MTS has two components: ME(Marks Engine) and TE(Transcripts Engine). This section allows teachers, dean and Examination office to manipulate students' marks. With this system you can:

Set new Subject(or Module), edit and delete
Set new Units for each Subject or module
Set their max, and credits
Enable disable Subject(Module)/Unit

The previous settings are perfomed by the admin role!

Teacher (role) can only:

Enter or Upload marks . (Editing is not allowed for teacher role)

Note that the marks can be editted whenever an examination officer allows.

Examination office/and Faculties (Deans) can :

Create Transcript (With the help of TE=Transcript Engine)
Delibarate Students

TE generates two types of transcripts:

Subject(Module)-based transcripts
Unit-based Transcripts

Students can:

View marks (or exams results)
View Transcripts

Important: Thanscripts are generated electronically, they are only official/valid when signed and stamped by the authorized office.
